A note from our founder, Alexandra:
I have always had a love for travel, and after several years of living in and exploring Latin America, I decided to turn this passion into my career.
When starting out in the travel industry I worked for a leading UK tour operator, where I specialised in The Americas, Antarctica and the Caribbean. Over the years, my expertise and network has expanded worldwide.
Having gained plenty of valuable industry experience, combined with my own extensive personal travel, I decided it was time to set up Globe Skimmer.
At Globe Skimmer, we are passionate about sharing our in-depth knowledge with others, so they too can enjoy incredible holiday experiences. We aim to stay small so that we can deliver a truly bespoke and personalised service for each of our clients, and never be too busy to go that extra mile.
